Rancho San Antonio Preserve Biking

Located a mile outside of Elie’s house, this outdoor nature preserve is a great place for a calm hike, bike ride, or picnic. Our ride started from the neighborhoods and transitioned into an easy, gravel track to follow through the trees. The area is sprawling with walkers and families, so the vibes were positive and very friendly. The preserve offers many different trails, and the one we chose was a beautiful dirt singletrack running through tall grass with views of the south bay to our left and mountains to the right. Rancho offers many viewpoints including benches, scenic points, and even model airplane flight zones! These trails were definitely all beginner level and we recommend Rancho as the perfect introduction to off-road biking with beautiful views and no trails too crazy to be walked.
