Starting this bike ride, our plan was simply to explore the area around our campground and get some activity in for our commute day... but WOW! Right away we came across one of the most beautiful waterfalls either of us had ever seen, leaving us dumbfounded and with nothing better to do than FaceTime our parents and show them the sight. We continued along trails that bordered the street for several miles until reaching a pond with a giant boulder in the middle that gave us a great view of half dome and its alpine glow. This ride doesn't necessitate any decked out suspension bikes and can leisurely be ridden on thing tires and a road bike. If you are ever staying at Camp 4 or find yourself by half dome, we surely recommend riding the trails nearby and discovering the wonders of Yosemite.
